All orders are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 2-4 business days of purchase. Shipping times may differ according to the availability of merchandise.
Shipping is automatically calculated during the checkout process to account for location and weight of item.
Unfortunately, we cannot not take responsibility for any packages that are lost, stolen or delayed through the postal system.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to some border and shipping restrictions based on the current COVID-19 situation, we have limited ability to process returns and exchanges. All returns and exchanges may take an extended amount of time.
We hold a typical 2-week return policy to our customers and they receive a full refund minus the cost for return shipping.
Returns must be received in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original receipt or invoice.
Once we receive the return package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified through the e-mail address provided on the purchase. All SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund and send you an email.

To take away the concern of buying a ring, customers are given up to 2 weeks to send back rings in original condition if they don’t fit.
Repairs & Replacements
We hold a 1-year guarantee on jewelry pieces - (whether due to metal changes, reactions, if it breaks or needs to be resized).
A prepaid label is sent to customers so there's no charge to send it back!
