SITE CONTENT.

Few Made Jewelry® exclusively owns and controls the Sites, which provides jewelry and other decorative items available for purchase. You agree that use or access to any or all of the Sites does not, standing alone, create any sort of representation or future promise. The unauthorized reproduction, use of, or theft of any content, written, photographic, or otherwise, is expressly prohibited. By using the Sites, you expressly agree to pay a fine of $50 per incident for any unauthorized use of our content, at the sole discretion of Few Made Jewelry®.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

By placing an order with Few Made Jewelry®, you expressly agree and understand that chargebacks are strictly prohibited. You further agree and acknowledge that initiating a chargeback of any kind constitutes fraud. As set forth in our Terms and Conditions of Purchase, in the event that you initiates a chargeback, you agree to be fully responsible for, and to promptly reimburse Few Made Jewelry® for, any and all additional costs and expenses incurred by Few Made Jewelry® in connection with reversing such chargeback, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, administrative fees, and any costs imposed by the payment processor or financial institution. Few Made Jewelry® reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover such costs and expenses.
