We hold a typical 2-week return policy to our customers and they receive a full refund minus the cost for return shipping.

Returns must be received in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original receipt or invoice.

Once we receive the return package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified through the e-mail address provided on the purchase. All SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Our pieces are crafted with gold-filled components, freshwater pearls, enamel, and silver. Gold-filled is not the same as gold-plates, it has a thick layer of gold mechanically bonded to the base metal, which means it won't tarnish with proper care and gives you the look and feel of real gold at a fraction of the price. Everything we make is nickel-free and lead-free.

Will this tarnish or irritate my skin?

No. Gold-filled jewelry is one of the most durable and hypoallergenic options available. It won't tarnish, chip, or cause skin reactions with normal wear. All Few Made pieces are nickel-free and lead-free, so they're safe for sensitive skin.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and item weight. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ship within 2-4 business days. You can upgrade to priority USPS at checkout for faster delivery, tracking, and insurance.

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached. Customer covers return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, and all sale items are final. What does the 1-year guarantee cover?

Our guarantee covers metal changes, skin reactions, breakage, and resizing for a full year from your purchase date. If something isn't right with your piece, reach out to us and we'll take care of it.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Wipe with a soft cloth after wearing and store in a dry place. Avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and cleaning products. We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising. A little care goes a long way, gold-filled jewelry can maintain its appearance for years.

Are your pieces really limited edition?

Yes. Every Few Made piece is handcrafted in limited quantities. Once a batch sells out, it may not come back. Each piece is also made by hand, which means natural variations, especially in our freshwater pearls, are expected and part of what makes every piece unique.

Few Made was born on a trip through New Zealand between founder Kena Treadway and her sisters. What started as a single piece to mark that bond became a collection for women who believe jewelry should be personal, not mass-produced.
